All of our work is hand-made. Due to our handiwork, small amounts of imperfections be visible on your piece. But we assure you once it’s up and glo-ing it all fades away.

Glass Neon is made out of glass that is bent to create its shape. LED Neon is made out of flexible LED lights that are encased in a PVC jacket. Check out images of them side-by-side to see for yourself.

Both Glass Neon and LED Neon are hand-made by bending material into shapes. The nature of this process means that there are some bends, curves and sizes we just can't make. We'll let you know when we run into this with your design!

Our LED neon is mounted onto an acrylic display with a 12V power adapter, and depending on the size, a dimmer. There is a 6ft clear cord that gets plugged into a power adapter providing a total of about 10ft of cords. You'll have plenty of slack to hang these pieces wherever you see fit in your space. The UV resistant, PVC coating makes your LED Neon durable and easy to maintain. The LED lights are energy efficient and lasts about 50000 hours. They are designed for indoor use, though may be used outdoors with proper installation.

If you use our custom neon design app to order your piece, the sizes reflected there are approximate dimensions. Since each piece is unique and hand-made, the dimensions will vary slightly. 

If you order a custom Glass Neon or LED Neon through our quote form and select one of our standard sizes, your piece will be proportionately designed according to the selected height.

The sizes we offer are based on the size of the neon/LED, not the backing size.

Always clean your piece with a feather duster or a dry cloth. Never use a liquid soap. Safety is paramount so be sure to unplug your sign before you clean it. If you need to clean the plastic backing, use plexi-glass cleaner with a cloth.  

Things that affect the lifespan of both Glass Neon and LED Neon are extreme heat/cold, electrical surges, inconsistencies in the electrical supply and mishandling. All of the products on our site are designed for indoor use.

If you purchased a piece from our Shop, you will receive an email confirmation immediately.

If you ordered a custom text Glass Neon/LED Neon through our custom design app you’ll receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your order. Please allow us 3~6 weeks to prepare your piece for shipment (timing varies by size,  type and location).

If you inquired for a quote through our Super Custom Quote form, you'll receive an email with a quote and any follow up questions we may have.

For all orders, once your design is shipped we will send you a tracking number so you can follow it along to your front door.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number for your piece.

Your piece will come with all necessary power supplies including an on/off switch so you can get glo-ing ASAP.

Each Glass/LED Neon comes with a power adapter with a 6 foot power cord by default.

If you ordered an LED neon, you'll also get an on/off switch or a dimmer dial, depending on the size.

We are able to ship around the globe.

Automatically, all pieces come with 120v power supplies and a US compatible plug. However, International plugs can be accommodated.

In order to ship your piece to you in the most secure way possible we need to package it just so and make sure it is handled with care.

We take great care in how we ship Glass Neon, creating custom packaging for every piece to ensure that they are packaged in the most secure way possible. The method of shipment and packaging is assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the design and where you’re located.

LED Neon is much more durable than Glass Neon, so they are wrapped in bubble wrap then packed inside standard corrugated shipping boxes.

*If ordering multiple pieces, each piece is shipped individually.  The cost will be reflected in the shipping price.

Oh no! We don’t anticipate this happening, but sometimes due to travel, pieces can break en route to our clients.

In order to get the repair process moving, all works must be opened within 14 days of receiving them.

After that, we will send you a quick questionnaire so we can try to pinpoint exactly what happened and make it right as quickly as possible. This ensures that we can file a claim for the broken piece, while we work to find a solution.

Each piece will be delivered with installation instructions.

We typically suggest #8 screws with anchors for most LED Neon pieces, but each installation is unique to the wall that it gets mounted onto. We're happy to advise on what's best (just email us!)

We suggest hiring a professional to install all Glass Neon since we do not cover Glass Neon that are broken during self-installation. We provide installation services for an additional fee, where we set you up with one of our professional neon installers. That way we can guarantee the Glass Neon gets onto your wall safely.

Since all of our work is handmade, everything is final sale.

However, should you be unhappy with your piece for any reason, please reach out to us so we can help make it right as best we can.

Of course it does! All of our products come with a 1-year warranty on electrical components.
