Installations:

Site Specific Installation feasibility factors

Although we try to have a baseline price for all installations, there are certain factors that can alter the price at any given moment. Those price alteration factors can be anything from wall type (what your wall is made out of), how high the piece is being placed, nearest outlet, access to site and timing of installation, insurance requirements, power source and so on). Please be aware that your installation price may be affected if any of these factors need to be accounted for.

Shipping:

Shipping Prices

Glass and LED Neon shipping methods and rates are determined by the size of the piece and the packaging required for safe transport. For all pieces available to purchase through our online store these rates and options have been pre-determined and viewable upon check-out.

For the safest transportation method, we ship each piece individually. The cost will be reflected in the shipping price upon checkout.

Shipping Glass Neon

Most of our Glass Neon is shipped by Air (if relatively small) or via Freight (if relatively large). We take great care in how we ship the neons, creating custom packaging for every piece to ensure that they are packaged in the most secure way possible. The method of shipment and packaging is assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the design and where you’re located.

Shipping LED Neon

Most of our LED Neon is shipped via Fedex Ground. Sometimes depending on the circumstance, we may ship via Messenger or other Shipping service.

Since our LED pieces are less fragile than our Glass Neon, they are not packed the same way. They are wrapped in bubble and cardboard padding and packed in strong corrugated shipping boxes. However, just like our traditional neons, if your LED Neon shows up broken we will send you a replacement right away, or you can request a refund.

Taxes & Duties:

Depending on where the order is shipped to, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the recipient’s responsibility. Keep in mind if we’re shipping anywhere outside of the United States, custom authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on the package, it’s at the sole discretion of custom agents to release the package. Custom agents may delay delivery of some packages, but that is very rare.
