Returns + Exchanges
Since all of our pieces are made-to-order, all sales are final and not returnable. Please understand that we put effort and care into each customized order so we aren’t able to take them back. However, we are confident you are going to be thrilled with your neon so this won’t even be an issue.
Feel free to contact us should you have any questions. We understand this is an investment and we want you to feel comfortable before purchasing it.
Broken neons or LED's
Oh no, that is a bummer and we will be sure to make it right. We wish we could hand deliver each sign but that isn't possible. During the 14-day period following delivery of your order, should you discover a manufacturer’s defect (flickering, discoloration, smoking or a malfunctioning on/off switch), you must notify us immediately.
Please email email@example.com, with the subject line “Return Request,” and be sure to include your name, order number, a written description of the defect(s) and attach photographs of the defect(s). If we determine in good faith that your submission meets our return criteria, we will, at your choice, either have a new neon shipped to you in a jiffy, or you can get an immediate refund.
If we need your original order to be returned to us, we will arrange (and pay) for your order to be picked up by us and/or shipped back to us, and your replacement order or refund, as applicable, will be processed once your return has been received by us.
