Use our design app to personally create your custom piece. Once you submit your design, you'll get an email from our team within 24 hours to confirm your order.
If you order through our Quote form, we'll provide a price range so you can decide if you would like to move to the design round.
If you purchased your piece online, we will go into production as soon as you approve "THE ONE."
If you ordered through our Quote form, we typically go through 1-3 rounds of designs. We'll provide a firm quote along with the final round of designs. Once you have "THE ONE," we'll you send you an invoice. We go into production as soon as the invoice is paid.
We can ship your piece via FedEx ground.

If you're in NYC we can use a messenger service.
Messengered pieces will be securely packaged but in a lighter-weight box since they'll be hand-delivered.
For the most part, installing your piece is VERY easy.
Depending on the display type you choose for your design, it's usually just a matter of screwing a couple of anchors and screws into the wall and hanging your piece onto them.
If you're in NYC and don't feel comfortable installing, we can install it for you for an additional fee.
